The following terms and conditions apply to and between “House of Wilde”, “we”, “us”, and “our”, and every person wanting to purchase products from House of Wilde, hereafter designated as “you”.
Quality: All the items for sale are tested by House of Wilde’s Quality Control service in order to certify their accordance to House of Wilde’s stringent quality requirements.
Description: We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the web site are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.
We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been wrongly published, including prices and promotions.
Sizes: Please refer to the size guide for clarification.
Discrepancies: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the web site. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will accurately reflect the colour of products.
Prices of House of Wilde products are harmonized worldwide, in shops and in our online-shop. Price indicated applies to the item delivered to your door, thus includes shipping cost. Prices are stated in GBP. Price and availability of these products sold on this site are subject to change without notice.
- Payment Methods
Full payment is required before shipping; it is only effective when the funds are received net of charges in House of Wilde’s bank account. You can pay your order only via PayPal:

- Delivery Terms
Orders are prepared from readily available stock; they are sent immediately upon reception of the full payment into House of Wilde’s account. The shipping information (AWB) is sent to you by House of Wilde so you can track your order.
We use International express courier services with estimated time of arrival within 3 – 5 working days to deliver to all countries as displayed on our web site.
This list might be subject to changes, thus, we invite you to check its update online.
Courier do not accept addresses stated as P.O. Box; please state a street delivery address.
Shipping is £9.5 worldwide and free shipping on all purchases above £69, and is the sole responsibility of Shipper, following its own terms and conditions. In case of problem or delay, please contact the Courier directly, as per the indication we supply upon delivery (Link to the courier’s web page).
If you are not at the indicated address at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt to deliver the package three more times, leaving a card with instructions on each occasion.
Use the shipping information, Airway Bill with the Tracking number sent to you by House of Wilde to track the status of your shipment.
- Conditions of Reception
Products are guaranteed original and genuine. The invoice is the certificate of guarantee. Courier is responsible of delivering goods in the same quantity and state as per their pick-up. Upon reception, you are responsible of checking your parcel, and the integrity of the House of Wilde seal; any discrepancy such as damage or loss, should be escalated, and claimed directly to the courier.Any events, whatever they are, which evade House of Wilde’s willpower (force majeure, strike, administrative decision, shipping problem, etc.) and which may affect the execution of the delivery, cannot be used against House of Wilde as a matter of cancellation of the order, neither can give you the right to claim for damage and interests.
We supply a commercial invoice only. We will not be held responsible to supply any additional document.
- Return & Exchange Policy
In the event that a product would not give you entire satisfaction, you can return it to us for an exchange or refund, but you will pay the shipping costs for sending back the return and for receiving the replacement item, so please check the shipping costs involved. We accept returns of merchandise purchased only from our web site within 20 days from the date of shipment. Items returned should be in its original packaging, unworn, liner in place, and with all tags attached.
- Process for returning an item:
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org listing your Name, Invoice Number, and the reference of the item(s) you would like to return.
Please specify the reason (size or colour exchange), or send a photo if there is a defect.
Our customer care will handle your claim within 2-3 working days.

- Order Cancellation
Once an order has been processed, we cannot make any changes or cancel your order. In the event of unavailable stock situation, we will liaise with you by email to propose an agreeable alternative.
